All entries should be made using the exhibitor login. If you don't see it click the "Sign In" button in the top right corner of the screen.

The process has changed so it is very important that you read all the instructions. There will be a $15 entry fee per 4-H exhibitor, no matter how many entries, they only pay once. This fee is required and must be paid during online registration and is non-refundable.
Open class entries will open on July 1. All entries should be made using the exhibitor login. If you don't see it click the "Sign In" button in the top right corner of the screen.
Open Class Static Entries Dates & Age Divisions
Open Class Entries will only be accepted on the following dates & times.
All static entries need to be dropped off at the Courtright Building, Fair Office.
Sunday, July 26th 1:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m.
Monday, July 27th 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
Tuesday, July 28th 8:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m. Horticulture Only
Static Entries will be judged in the following age divisions
5 years old & under
6 years old - 9 years old
10 years old - 17 years old
Adult age 18 & over
Professional
If you fall into one of these age groups but need alternative judging, please select special judging in your class entry when you are registering.
All Exhibitors MUST pick up static entries on Sunday, August 2nd from 9:00 am to 1:00 pm.
FFA members with questions should contact your FFA Advisor. Your FFA Advisor will also have the bypass code necessary for FFA participants to void the 4-H entry fee.
Stalling will be added for each club after all entries are received.
